3 Simple Faux Floral Summer Arrangements

It never fails…

I start working on my floral arrangements and more times than not…

I reach for an old pickle jar instead of my store-bought vases.

I love them…

Beer bottles, cans, a flower pot, sugar bowls, tiny travel bottles, and even a smartwatch box.  I’ve used them all!

Between the vases that I’ve picked up from actual stores and the recycled containers that I’ve saved at home, I’ve developed quite a collection.

I find these containers so easy to work with and I can’t help but wonder every time I hold an empty can of beans in my hands, what can I possibly do with this.

These three simple summer faux floral arrangements are no exception to the recycled container love. They ended up in three small jars that I wrapped with ribbon, just like many of my other simple faux floral arrangements, and then filled them with dollar store flowers and came up with three simple but very pretty summer table decorations for my home.

Let’s get started!

The first arrangement consists of:

3 stems of faux flowers, all light shades of purple…

and yellow ribbon and an old jar.

I wrapped my yellow ribbon around the jar, securing it around the back with some scotch tape…

then I took the wisteria stem and cut off a long portion of it then cut down my other two flowers to fit the jar.

And this little gal is done!

My second arrangement consists of:

3 white lilies and one stem of foliage.

White and yellow ribbon and an old jar.

I cut down my flowers to fit the jar as well as a portion of the leaves to tuck behind the white lilies and wrapped my ribbon around the jar, again securing it with scotch tape.

And this one’s ready to go!

My third arrangement consists of:

A couple of light and dark pink florals and the same stem of leaves that I used for my second arrangement.

Another old jar and white and jute ribbon.

I wrapped my ribbon, first the white ribbon, then the jute ribbon on top of the white…

then I cut off 4 short pieces off of the dark pink floral stem, a small section of the light pink cherry blossom, and a piece of what I had left from my leaves.

And my third summer faux floral arrangement is all set!

Well, that’s it for this one my friends.

Thanks for stopping by!

Sending happy, safe, and healthy vibes your way…May God bless you and your family today and every beautiful day to come!
